Christmas Delivery

Get your order in time for Christmas. Check the latest recommended posting dates for all UK and International services. Please note these dates are not a guarantee and delivery dates could be impacted by inclement weather.

Albaray Customer Services and our warehouse will not be open on Bank Holidays, which include Christmas Day 25th December, Boxing Day 26th December and New Year’s Day 1st January and orders will not be able to be despatched on these days.

Orders will begin being despatched again after Christmas from Friday 27th December but will be closed on Wednesday 1st January 2025 for New Year's Day. Please note, all of our delivery timings are expressed in business days, which are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Next Business Day delivery orders will be despatched same day if placed before 3pm Monday- Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and delivered on the next business day via DPD to Mainland UK. 

For orders to certain UK postcodes please allow an additional 24 hours for delivery: 

AB 31-38, AB 41-56, EI, FK 17-21, GY 9, HS 1-9, IM, IV, KA 27, KA 28, KW 0-14, KW 15-17, PA 20-78, PH 15-18, PH 19-29, PH 32-33, PH 45-48, PH 30-31, PH 34-44, PH 49-99, TR 21-25, ZE.

Orders placed after the recommended cut off times and dates risk not arriving in time for Christmas delivery, so please order earlier to avoid disappointment.

International Delivery times and costs will be calculated in Checkout based on your location and choice of Standard or Express delivery. Delivery timings are expressed in the number of expected Business Days, which exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days (not including weekends and bank holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.

Please be aware, customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, we kindly request that you wait for another 10 – 14 business days, to allow for any customs inspections or possible postal delays in your area.
