Charities We Support

We have proudly supported Smart Works since 2023, a charity that means a great deal to us and one we’re always honoured to champion.

For International Women’s Day, we continued our partnership with the organisation, which helps unemployed women build the confidence and skills they need to succeed at interview. For every Albaray item purchased, we donated one to Smart Works, helping to provide professional clothing and the self-belief women need to step into new opportunities.

To mark Giving Tuesday, we partnered with Smart Works to support women preparing to return to work.

Through the initiative, every purchase made helped fund a donation to Smart Works, contributing professional clothing to women attending interviews and taking steps towards employment.

By working together with our community, we helped support Smart Works in providing the wardrobe, coaching and confidence women need to move forward into new opportunities.

We were proud to support a special In Conversation with Mary Portas, one of the UK’s most influential retail and business thinkers and a leading voice on purpose-driven leadership. The conversation was moderated by Emma Barnett, award-winning journalist, broadcaster and Smart Works Patron.

The evening celebrated the power of giving time, skills and support to help women build confidence, secure meaningful work and create lasting independence.

Guests also enjoyed a special Albaray pop-up sale during the event.

We have proudly supported many Smart Works pop-up events, including the 2025 Somerset House Fashion Sale and our Bicester Village pop-up, helping raise funds and awareness for Smart Works.

These events have enabled us to provide unemployed women with professional clothing and interview coaching, giving them the confidence to step into new opportunities.

In 2024, we partnered with Notes by Piper, artist and Co-Founder of Revere the Residence to bring you this exclusive Albaray X Notes By Piper Graphic T Shirt. 

Revere the Residence is a social enterprise based in Hackney, London that creates an inclusive space to empower learning disabled people age from 16 to 30 years old.

In 2025, Albaray partnered with Labre’s Hope, selling their handcrafted candles online. Each purchase supported employment opportunities for homeless and vulnerable individuals, helping fund their life-changing initiatives.

In 2025, we partnered with Mr D, artist at Revere the Residence to bring you this exclusive Albaray X Mr D Dogs In Love graphic tshirt.
